Purpose and Scope
This Green Development Policy (“the Policy”) has been established by Great Eagle Gold Corp. (“Great Eagle”) to guide all exploration and development activities related to identifying, quantifying, and certifying gold resources under National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101). The Policy underscores our commitment to conducting operations in an environmentally responsible manner, utilizing the least intrusive methodologies and technologies consistent with accepted industry standards.

Great Eagle is dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact during exploration and development activities. We commit to using the least intrusive methods available that adhere to industry standards, actively reducing our footprint on the natural environment.
Implementation Guidelines
- Minimization of Intrusion:
- Wherever possible, Great Eagle will employ the least intrusive methods for exploration and development. This includes selecting technologies and practices that minimize soil disruption and preserve the natural landscape.
- Cut a Tree, Plant Three:
- In instances of unavoidable environmental disruption, such as soil perforation required for defining inferred or indicated gold resources, immediate restoration efforts will be made to return the environment to its original state or as close as possible.
- Adhering to our “Cut a Tree, Plant Three” policy, for every tree removed during our operations, three new trees of the original species will be planted, ensuring a net positive impact on the local flora.
- Prohibition of Hazardous Chemicals:
- No hazardous chemicals will be used in any of Great Eagle’s exploration and development processes. This strict prohibition supports our commitment to preventing contamination of the environment.
- Water and Natural Resource Protection:
- Recognizing the critical importance of water and other natural resources, Great Eagle’s activities will be conducted with utmost respect for the natural world, particularly focusing on the protection of waterways.
- Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
- Great Eagle will continually assess and improve our exploration and development methodologies to ensure alignment with the latest environmental standards and best practices.
- All operations will comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations, and we will engage with environmental experts to guide our practices.
Monitoring and Reporting
The effectiveness of this Policy will be monitored by Great Eagle’s Environmental Compliance Committee, which will conduct regular reviews and audits of all exploration and development activities. Findings and progress towards environmental goals will be reported annually and made available to stakeholders through our sustainability reports.

This Non-Extraction Policy (“the Policy”) has been established by Great Eagle Gold Corp. (“Great Eagle”) to formalize the company’s commitment to sustainable mining practices. The policy underscores our steadfast dedication to a non-extractive approach to mining, focusing solely on digital mining models.
Policy Statement
Great Eagle is fully committed to a digital mining model that excludes the physical extraction of gold from the earth. Under no circumstances will Great Eagle participate in or permit the physical extraction of gold resources from any areas covered by our mining titles.
Digital Mining and Tokenization
All gold resources under Great Eagle’s mining titles will be tokenized in collaboration with OroEx Corp. in New York, transforming these resources into NatGold coins through a title exchange process.
This model ensures that no physical gold extraction takes place, aligning with our commitment to reduce environmental impact.
Environmental Compliance Committee Oversight
- The Environmental Compliance Committee is tasked with overseeing the implementation of this Non-Extraction Policy.
- The committee will ensure that all exploration and development work adheres to the stipulated non-production guidelines and will conduct regular audits to enforce compliance.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Regular reports on the adherence to this policy will be prepared by the Environmental Compliance Committee and presented to the Board of Directors.
- These reports will detail the progress and effectiveness of the non-production strategy and any challenges encountered.

The policy ensures that all reclamation efforts meet or exceed environmental standards and contribute positively to the restoration of ecosystems.

- Where deforestation has occurred by previous operators, Great Eagle will undertake reforestation initiatives as part of the broader reclamation strategy.
- These initiatives will aim to replant native species and manage areas to promote natural forest regeneration.
- Community Involvement:
Engage local communities in the reclamation planning process to ensure that the restored land meets local needs and supports biodiversity.
Provide opportunities for local communities to participate actively in reclamation projects.
- Monitoring and Adaptation:
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of reclaimed sites to assess the recovery of vegetation and wildlife.
- Adapt reclamation strategies based on monitoring results to improve outcomes and address any emerging ecological needs.
Environmental Compliance Committee Oversight
- The Environmental Compliance Committee will oversee the implementation and effectiveness of this Reclamation Policy.
- Regular audits and site inspections will be conducted to ensure compliance with both the policy and environmental regulations.
Reporting and Transparency
- Prepare annual reports detailing reclamation efforts, outcomes, and future plans.
- Make these reports available to the public to maintain transparency and demonstrate our commitment to environmental restoration.
